Grace Christian Academy off to a Great Start

Let me take this opportunity to thank you again for being a vital part of GCA’s inaugural year! I am extremely pleased with the spirit, exuberance, and commitment of our students, families, and staff. Multiple parents have conveyed to me that their student is thriving in the unique environment at GCA. To God be the glory!

I want to bring you up to date with all that’s going on at GCA—and it’s a lot! The renovations to the Yellow Creek Baptist Church classroom space are nearly complete. Even though the work is well behind schedule—primarily due to COVID—we are grateful for the prospect of larger restrooms and a more modern classroom atmosphere. Speaking of COVID, we continue to be vigilant at GCA, as we know this virus has the potential to significantly impact our operation. But the Lord has spared us thus far, and we will continue to pray for His protection even as we check temperatures and wear masks between classes or when we can’t be suitably distant.

Without question, our faculty is fantastic! Already they have distinguished themselves as able teachers, inspiring students to grow and learn more than just academic facts. Indeed, they are faithfully modeling Christ-like character and steadily imparting the essentials of a Christian worldview in their classes. Our students are working hard, and they’re doing it in a setting that promotes excellence.

Yes, GCA is off to a great start, and we are thankful for God’s blessings and for the support of so many who resonate with our mission to impart both biblical instruction and academic training to our students. Let me remind you that we are very glad to receive new students, and our enrollment is always open, so as you have the opportunity, please encourage interested students and families to consider the Christian education option that we offer at GCA.
